Railway Exam Pattern
Recruitment Examination 2016 will comprise of 100 Questions. There will be 4 sections with variable number of questions. Those sections are as follows:

Two important norms which you need to know for in the upcoming RRB/RRC Examination 2016 are as follows.

Selection Procedure for TC/Clerk/Group D Vacancies:
All selections made by the Railway Recruitment Boards are purely based on merit position acquire by the candidate in-

Written exam:
Written examination will be objective type and there will be a 1/3 part negative marking for each attempt of wrong question. The question which are set in paper will be General Knowledge/General Intelligence and Reasoning and Analytical abilities and in the technical/professional subjects.
If applicant no. is large who are appearing in examination then after the preliminary exam main written exam (if necessary) is organized for qualifying students.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
Aspirants who qualify the written examination are called for Physical Efficiency Test. In this test both male and female are require to run for a specified distance.
Interview/ document verification:
Applicants who have cleared the PET test then on the basis of written exam merit shortlisted successor will be called for personal interview/ documents and candidature verification.
Medical test:
All applicants who are found true regarding their document verification and have high score in written exam are referred for medical examination.
